POR-CreO ANNOUNCEMENT

Alderighi Impianti created a project to strengthen and improve its logical and organizational system. The project, titled “Redesign of logistics processes”, is focused in the following topics: analysis of the losses of the logistics system, evaluation of suppliers, analysis and detection of customer needs, implementation of the supply chain management software, implementation and training of the staff involved in the various phases of the company logistics process.

The results were made possible thanks to the active involvement and direct contribution of all the resources dedicated to the elaboration of the functional decisions and the organizational improvement of the company.
